Jaz Makadi Star & Spa, Hurghada

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing compared to my previous visits. The rooms were spacious and tidy, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired, with limited variety and subpar dishes. While some staff were friendly, I encountered rudeness from higher-level personnel which was frustrating. The focus on additional charges for previously included amenities really took away from the overall experience.

Overall, I had a good experience at Jaz Makadi Star. The royal suite was fantastic and offered a great way to relax away from the main pool. The service from the staff was exceptional, making our stay memorable. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the beach area could use some improvements to feel more inviting. While the food was decent, it didn't quite match the high expectations I had built up.
